Kaleja Fry
Ingredients:
Chicken Liver 500 gms
Curd 2 Tbsp
Chaat masala 1 Tsp
Black Pepper 1 Tsp
Butter 2 Tbsp
Ginger garlic taste 2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Procedure
- Take chicken in a bowl and add curd,chaat masala,black pepper,salt and ginger garlic paste and grease it properly to the chicken liver and marinate it for an hour.
- Now after marination take a pan and heat it .
- Now put butter in this pan and add the marinated chicken liver pieces and fry until they are well cooked.
- You can roast this cooked chicken liver on a gas grill for an grilled effect.
