Chicken Valentino
Ingredients:
500 gms Boneless Chicken
1 Tbsp Tomato ketchup
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Whisked egg
1/ 2 Cup Cheese cubes
1 Tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 Tsp Tandoori masala
½ Tsp Coriander powder
Bread Crumbs
Procedure:
- Take Chicken in a bowl and add Salt, Pepper, Ginger garlic paste, Tandoori masala, Coriander powder,Tomato ketchup and 1 whisked egg and then marinate it for 20 min.
- Now take barbecue stick/toothpick and string two marinated chicken pieces on both ends and a cheese cube in between them.
- Dip these chicken stick in bread crumbs in such a way they get covered from all sides.
- Now heat sufficient oil in pan and deep fry this chicken sticks until they become golden brown and crisp.
- Serve hot with mayonnaise salad.
Mayonaise Salad :
In a bowl whisk 2 Tbsp
mayonnaise , 1 Tsp curd ,1/2 Tsp salt and ¼ tsp pepper together and add chopped
cabbage or any veggies of your choice.
