yummy prawns popcorn

Prawns popcorn

Ingredients:
Prawns 1 cup
Rice flour 2 tpn
Gram flour 2 tpn
Ginger garlic paste 1 tpn
Salt 1 tpn
Red Chilli powder 1 tpn
Lime juice 2 tpn
Egg wash (1 EGG)
bread crumbs
Chaat masala ½ tpn 
Procedure:
  1. In a bowl take cleaned prawns  and grease it with ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, rice flour and gram flour ,salt ,lime juice and marinate it for an hour.
  2. Now take oil in a  pan with a quantity enough to deep fry the above marinated prawns.
  3. Now dip marinated prawns in egg wash first and then roll them in bread crumbs.
  4. When the oil in the pan gets heated adequately deep fry the prawns until they get properly cooked and turn golden brown in colour.
  5. Now remove the fried prawns on a tissue paper and sprinkle some chaat masala .
  6.  Serve hot with schezwan sauce or tomato ketchup. 

Tips:
Take atmost care to properly clean the prawns .
Cut raw prawns from centre and thoroughly remove the black thread from it.

Chicken Khaskhas


Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken 500 gms
Ghee  1 Tbsp
Poppy seed (khas-khas)  1 tbsp
Red Chilli powder 1 Tsp
Curd  2 Tbsp
Garam masala 1 Tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 Tsp
Salt  1 Tsp

Procedure:
  1. In a bowl take chicken and grease it with ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, curd, garam masala and salt and marinate it for an hour.
  2. Now take a nonstick pan and heat it on a medium flame and add ghee .
  3. Let it heat for 5 min then add poppy seeds and let it flutter for few seconds.
  4. Then add marinated chicken into it and let it cook properly. 

Tips:
  1. Take atmost care that the poppy seed doesn’t burn in ghee so keep the gas on medium  flame.
  2. Chicken takes about  15 min to cook.

KALEJA FRY




Kaleja Fry

Ingredients:
Chicken Liver  500 gms
Curd  2 Tbsp
Chaat masala  1 Tsp
Black Pepper 1 Tsp
Butter 2 Tbsp
Ginger garlic taste 2 tsp
Salt as per taste

Procedure
  1. Take chicken in a bowl and add curd,chaat masala,black pepper,salt  and ginger garlic paste and grease it properly to the chicken liver and marinate it for an hour.      
  2. Now after marination  take a pan and heat it  .
  3.  Now put butter in this pan and add the marinated chicken liver pieces and fry until they are well cooked.
  4. You can roast this cooked chicken liver on a gas grill for an grilled effect.

Chicken Valentino

Ingredients:
500 gms Boneless Chicken
1 Tbsp Tomato ketchup
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Whisked egg
1/ 2 Cup Cheese cubes
1 Tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 Tsp Tandoori masala
½ Tsp Coriander powder
Bread Crumbs

Procedure:
  1. Take Chicken in a bowl and add Salt, Pepper, Ginger garlic paste, Tandoori masala, Coriander powder,Tomato ketchup and 1 whisked egg   and then marinate it for 20 min.
  2. Now take barbecue stick/toothpick and string two marinated chicken pieces on both ends and a cheese cube in between them.
  3. Dip these chicken stick in bread crumbs in such a way they get covered from all sides.
  4. Now heat sufficient oil in pan and deep fry this chicken sticks until they become golden brown and crisp.
  5. Serve hot with mayonnaise salad. 

Mayonaise Salad :

In a bowl whisk 2 Tbsp mayonnaise , 1 Tsp curd ,1/2 Tsp salt and ¼ tsp pepper together and add chopped cabbage or any veggies of your choice.

PAN PIZZA AT HOME

Ingredients:
2 Pizza base 
1 Cup Grated Cheese 
1/2  Cup boneless chicken
1 Tsp Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Tandoori masala
1 Tbsp Hung curd
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic paste
Butter for greasing 
1 Tbsp Boiled Sweet corn
1/2 cup Chopped onion , tomato, capsicum (any veggies like baby corn,mushroom,spring onion,cabbage etc )
2 Tsp Tomato ketchup
Mayonnaise topping ,Chilli flakes, Oregano/Mixed Italian Herbs for seasonings 
Mint leaves for garnishing
Salt 1/4 th Tsp.

Procedure:

Chicken Topping:

Chop chicken into small square shapes and then apply Ginger garlic paste, Chilli powder, Salt  ,Tandoori masala, Hung curd and marinate it for about 20 min.
Now take butter in a pan and cook the above marinated chicken .
After the chicken is cooked just toss the boiled sweet corn in the same pan.

Mayonnaise Topping:

2 Tbsp Dr.oetkars eggless burger mayonnaise , 1/2 Tsp Soya sauce,1/2 Tsp Tomato ketchup,1/4 Tsp Chilli flakes

Pizza :
  1. Keep Pizza base on a plate and then grease it with  butter and then tomato ketchup.
  2. Place the Pizza base on preheated nonstick pan. 
  3. Now add first layer of grated cheese ,second layer of chicken topping with corn and arrange the chopped onion,tomato and veggies as per your choice.
  4. Now sprinkle all the seasonings salt, oregano, chilli flakes and mayonnaise topping and garnish with mint leaves and cover the pizza.
  5. Now keep the Pizza on pan until the cheese melts and the pizza base becomes bit crunchy and brown in colour on the lower side.
  6. Serve pinning hot .

YUMMY CHEESY CHICKEN NUGGETS


Ingredients: 
500 gms boneless chicken 
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
Cheese cubes
Bread crumbs/Cornflour
Salt as per taste

Procedure:
1. Grind the Chicken pieces in the mixer and keep it in a bowl.
2. Add Ginger garlic paste and salt to the chicken and marinate it for about 15 min.
3. Now make small patties of chicken and fill cheese cubes into it and close it properly.
4. Dip the stuffed chicken patties into bread crumbs/cornflour .
5. Shallow fry the patties .

Tip : Use readymade ginger garlic paste.
