pahadi chicken kabab





Ingredients:
Boneless chicken 500 gm
Hung curd 3 Tbsp
Spinach 1/4 cup
Coriander 1/4 cup
Mint 2 Tbsp 
Green chillies 2
Ginger garlic paste 1 Tspn 
Tandoori masala 1 Tspn 
Cornflour 1 Tspn 
 Lemon juice 1 Tspn 
Chaat masala 1/2 Tspn
Butter 1 Tbsp
Salt as per taste

Procedure:
  1. Grind hung curd,spinach,coriander,mint,ginger garlic paste,tandoori masala,corn flour and lemon juice in a grinder to a fine paste.
  2. Clean and cut chicken in small kabab like cubes.
  3. Now apply the above green paste to chicken and marinate for atleast an hour.
  4. Now in a pan take butter and cook the chicken properly and let it cool down.
  5. Now rub some butter and chaat masala on this cooked chicken pieces.
  6. Cut few veggies onion and capsicum in square shape and apply green paste to them also.
  7. Now arrange the chicken and veggies on skewers and nicely grill them on gas.
Tips: 
  1. You can serve kabab with mint chutney or mayonnaise salad.
  2. If you are grilling the kabab in oven no need to precook the chicken.
