Chicken Khaskhas
Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken 500 gms
Ghee 1 Tbsp
Poppy seed (khas-khas) 1 tbsp
Red Chilli powder 1 Tsp
Curd 2 Tbsp
Garam masala 1 Tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 Tsp
Salt 1 Tsp
Procedure:
- In a bowl take chicken and grease it with ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, curd, garam masala and salt and marinate it for an hour.
- Now take a nonstick pan and heat it on a medium flame and add ghee .
- Let it heat for 5 min then add poppy seeds and let it flutter for few seconds.
- Then add marinated chicken into it and let it cook properly.
Tips:
- Take atmost care that the poppy seed doesn’t burn in ghee so keep the gas on medium flame.
- Chicken takes about 15 min to cook.
